• Enter your pickup and dropoff locations or the number of hours you wish to book a vehicle and chauffeur for.
• Tell us your desired pickup time.
• Select the vehicle class that's right for you.

YOUR RIDE

Our booking process is simple and efficient:

On the day of your ride, you will receive two email and SMS updates - one informing you that your car is on its way, and a second letting you know as soon as your chauffeur has arrived at the pickup location.

Your ride includes 15 minutes’ waiting time for standard pickups and 1 hour for airport pickups. Even if your chauffeur has arrived early, your included waiting time starts from the time you booked your ride.

RATE YOUR RIDE

After your ride, tell us what you think by viewing your past rides on our website or app and rating both your chauffeur and the vehicle. Your feedback helps us deliver the best possible service.
